Community Noise: OPEN CALL / COMMUNITY MEETING / Distro + Tabling / 28th + onward

COMMUNITY NOISE is inviting individuals and community / arts groups to our

OPEN MIC COMMUNITY MEETING as part of our event this Saturday the 28th

Bike Pirates, 1292 Bloor St W, 7pm-1am, open meeting 8-9:30pm, music after.

Community Noise will be discussing our own past, present and future projects,
Confirmations from others have come in but we still have space on our agenda!
Ideally we can confirm more and post an updated listing/ agenda before the event.

Our open meetings are an opportunity for different community members and groups
to introduce yourselves, your ideas and projects, your hopes and concerns for Toronto
People are welcome to come up and say a few words, or to sign up for 5/ 10/ 15 minutes.
It can be informal and off the cuff, just come say hello, or something more prepared.

Community Noise is also inviting folks to get involved in our DISTRO / TABLING
If you’ve got information, flyers, zines, mailing lists, merchandise, crafts, etc,
we would be very open to stocking them as part of our ongoing, growing distro.
You can drop them off with us, or come and share in the tabling, as space allows.

BONUS / We have videographers at our event and can optionally record/ interview you.
Groups getting involved will be among the first to be profiled on our community webspace,
under development and being launched soon. We hope to offer a great communty resource.

communitynoise@gmail.com or reply or message if interested! Or just come out to Bike Pirates.

Both the open mic and the tabling will be ongoing features and we’re happy to get in contact
for future events, and keep building community across subcultures and movements in Toronto.
